Remember that a few weeks ago I said I found the invention of the century? Well, I think I spoke too soon. Today I go on and have a look at TED‘s RSS feed in Google Reader and what do I see? Well, you better sit down ’cause this one’s big.

I see that Eric Giler and some very smart MIT guys invented the wireless electricity. Yep, you read it well alright. If you don’t believe me, go ahead and watch the video below. Mr Giler demos wireless electricity. So if you’ve never seen an iPhone charge wirelessly, this video’s for you ;) .

What’s next, guys?

I liked a lot that guy with his invention of generating and sending sounds to a very specific point. Something like, you hear something and the person near you can’t hear the same thing.

Wireless electricity is nevertheless a very, very cool thing.
