The best proof you’ve found product/market fit

Is when you pitch to a potential customer and two minutes later he shows you an internal presentation from “6 weeks ago” showcasing a similar product to yours. This means that:

a) They see the problemb) It’s a big enough problem that they were thinking to solve it themselvesc) If your value proposition & business model are strong enough, it will make sense for them to use your product instead of building it themselves

Needless to say how my meeting went, no? 🙂
